Lost access to your email?

Support can move your account to an email you can read. First we confirm the account is yours, so send as much as you can:

• the account's old email and the new one;
• the names of your workspaces and of a few recent videos;
• the date and amount of the last payment, or the last 4 digits of the card;
• if there is one, an owner or admin of the workspace who confirms the request from their own email.
